my poetry

i've always been a writer, and i think i've written poems nearly as long as i've known how to write, though not often. in college i started to take my poetry a bit more seriously. i haven't written any in a while, but i've collected a few over the past several years that i'm quite proud of or are personally meaningful (or both).

oh, and these poems are kind of permanently works in progress, so don't be alarmed: if things seem to be change slightly, it's probably because they have. most of my writing is done very quickly and intuitively, but i'm always trying to refine and improve them.
